Cancellation Policy

At The Hair Bar, we understand that sometimes “things come up” and you may need to reschedule or even cancel your appointment.


If that should occur, please give us the courtesy of notifying us as soon as possible that you won’t be able to keep your scheduled appointment.


When an appointment is cancelled prior to the date of service, there is no charge. However, we do ask that you provide a minimum of six hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your service. If you simply do not show up please understand we must bill you for a full amount of blow out or service scheduled.


This gives us time to reschedule your appointment so that someone else can be blown away!


A service charge of 50% of the retail cost of the scheduled service will apply:


  • If an appointment is cancelled within six hours of when it is scheduled to be held; or
  • If a scheduled appointment is rescheduled with less than six hours notice of when it is scheduled to be held.


A service charge of 100% of the retail cost of the scheduled service will apply:

  • If a scheduled appointment is missed and no notice is given.


We know your time is valuable, and we hope you will also consider our stylists time as well as our other clients time equally as valuable.
