The Hair Bar Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Hair Bar, we understand that sometimes “things come up”, and you may need to reschedule or even cancel your appointment.


We know your time is valuable, and we hope you will also consider our stylists time as well as our other clients time equally as valuable.


If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please give us the courtesy of letting us know as soon as possible. This gives us time to reschedule your appointment so that someone else can be blown away!

The Hair Bar Cancellation Policy and Applicable Fees

When an appointment is cancelled prior to the date of service, or outside of 6 hours on the day of service, there is no charge.

In the event you reschedule or cancel within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to fill you appointment time. If we are unable to do so, a service charge of 50% on the retail cost of the scheduled service will apply.

If you are a “no call” or “no show”, we simply will not be able to fill your appointment time.

Under those circumstance, please understand we must bill you for the full amount of the blowout or service scheduled. If you are a package holder, a blowout will be deducted from your package.

The Hair Bar Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your service, we will gladly have another of our expert stylist correct any problems to your satisfaction. Service must be completed on the same day of the original appointment.

Refunds for products will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.

No refunds are given for gift cards or prepaid packages
